  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using OrbChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA).
  2. Service Description: OrbChat provides map-based communication services. ORBS tokens are for internal use only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and trading between users is strictly prohibited.
  3. User Conduct: You agree to use OrbChat in compliance with all applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from posting objectionable content, including but not limited to material that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, or harassing. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such violations.
  4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.
  5. Limitation of Liability: The service is provided "as-is". OrbChat shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
  6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety: In accordance with App Store safety guidelines, we provide robust reporting and blocking mechanisms. All reported objectionable content or abusive users will be reviewed and acted upon—including content removal or permanent account suspension—within 24 hours of notice.
  7. Intellectual Property Rights: All content, features, and functionality of OrbChat are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  10. Legal Compliance & Export Control: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  11. Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
