2. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties. The App’s functionality (such as fetching real-time market data) is performed locally on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App interfaces with Hyperliquid’s public API to provide real-time market data.

• We do not transmit any user-identifiable information to Hyperliquid or any other third-party platforms.
• Please note that your use of market data is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective data providers. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for more information.

4. Data Retention and Security

All simulated trade records and preferences are stored locally on your mobile device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
